Application service process

The client submits testing and certification requirements, providing basic information. We then evaluate the product's functionality, structure, and testing items, completing a "Request for Quotation" (RFQ). This RQ serves as the foundation for further certification work.

Quotation and Contract Signing: We will provide a reasonable and transparent quotation. After the client and ZTC reach an agreement on the certification matters, both parties will sign a certification contract.

Document and Sample Provision: The client provides product information as required by the engineer, such as product manuals, exploded views, circuit diagrams, component lists, and material lists. A corresponding number of samples are provided according to the testing items, ensuring consistency with the shipped products.

Countermeasures and Rectification: For product defects discovered during the testing and certification process due to issues related to product design, component selection, or manufacturing, we will develop countermeasures and rectification plans based on design documents and the actual product. This is part of our one-stop testing service.
